Royapettah and Border Thottam (600014)
Very dense, very old residential pockets. Parking right outside the building may not be possible, so expect a longer carry from the vehicle to your door. We factor this into the quote upfront rather than adding it later.
Teynampet, Alwarpet side and Nandanam (600018, 600035)

Saidapet, Little Mount and Guindy (600015, 600032)
The southern end connects to Kathipara, GST Road and the Guindy industrial area, so it is easier for bigger trucks. A lot of moves from this side are to OMR, Velachery, Porur or out of Chennai. Some streets in Saidapet near the river get waterlogged in heavy rain, so during the monsoon we keep an eye on the weather before fixing the date.
